Job Requirements

- 1+ year of physician office experience
- Ability to work Monday through Friday including day and evening shifts
- Strong confidentiality and ethical standards
- Proficient in basic computer and phone systems
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Serve patients by greeting and helping them
- Schedule appointments in person or by telephone
- Maintain records and accounts
- Record and update financial information
- Collect patient charges and control patient credit
- File, collect, and expedite third-party claims
- Maintain confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
