Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs
  • Strong sense of accountability for improving patient lives
  • Exceptional focus on teamwork
  • Dedication to ongoing education
  • Ability and passion to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Must be able to travel to various locations within 30 minutes
  • Willingness to float to different practice locations when required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs
  • Strong sense of accountability and patient focus
  • Exceptional teamwork skills and dedication to ongoing education
  • Prior receptionist or clerical experience in a medical office preferred
  • Experience with Epic software preferred
  • CPR certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Receive and direct all communication courteously and consistently
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and office policy
  • Greet patients and visitors promptly and courteously
  • Assist patients with the sign-in process and respond to patient needs
  • Support financial responsibilities including billing, collections, and preparing bank deposits
  • Monitor office supply inventory and order supplies when needed
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes accurately
  • Promote patient satisfaction through friendly and helpful interactions
  • Maintain efficient and accurate filing and record maintenance systems
  • Assemble new patient folders and retrieve records as needed
  • Adapt work schedule to meet practice needs and cross cover when necessary
  • Serve as a pre-loader for the EMR system
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
  • Adhere to organizational competencies and behavior standards
