Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs
- Strong sense of accountability for improving patient lives

- Must be able to travel to various locations within 30 minutes
- Willingness to float to different practice locations when required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs
- Strong sense of accountability and patient focus
- Exceptional teamwork skills and dedication to ongoing education
- Prior receptionist or clerical experience in a medical office preferred
- Experience with Epic software preferred
- CPR certification preferred
Job Duties
- Receive and direct all communication courteously and consistently
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and office policy
- Greet patients and visitors promptly and courteously
- Assist patients with the sign-in process and respond to patient needs
- Support financial responsibilities including billing, collections, and preparing bank deposits
- Monitor office supply inventory and order supplies when needed
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes accurately
- Promote patient satisfaction through friendly and helpful interactions
- Maintain efficient and accurate filing and record maintenance systems
- Assemble new patient folders and retrieve records as needed
- Adapt work schedule to meet practice needs and cross cover when necessary
- Serve as a pre-loader for the EMR system
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
- Adhere to organizational competencies and behavior standards
