Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general educational development (G.E.D.) required
  • Six months previous customer service experience preferred
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred for Papillion PT
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in computer operations including mouse and keyboard
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work with diverse patient populations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Ability to read, write, and understand written materials
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Answers telephone to schedule appointments&comma

  • Prepares records for office visits by reviewing electronic medical records and chart contents
  • Handles insurance inquiries by answering questions&comma
  • assisting with referrals&comma
  • and completing paperwork
  • Processes and distributes written communication and documents accurately
  • Provides appropriate care specific to the age of the patient to ensure understanding and comfort level of treatment
