Job Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a fast-paced customer service role
- ability to multitask efficiently
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of computer systems
- availability Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- attention to detail
- knowledge of computer software including Word and Outlook
- experience with facility software systems
- EMR/EHR experience preferred
- knowledge of medical terminology helpful
- bilingual in English and Spanish
Job Duties
- Assist with check-in and check-out functions
- collect co-payments
- schedule patients
- answer phones
- provide excellent customer service
- greet patients warmly upon arrival
- maintain patient confidentiality
