Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks
- Willingness to work day shifts with possible weekends

- Knowledge of patient billing and medical terminology preferred

Job Duties
- Comfortable with learning new software and ensuring data entry into physician billing software
- Provides positive patient experience from screening incoming patient calls to end of visit
- Maintain schedules and appointments for physicians
- Accurately register patients and collect co-pays
- Assist internal and external customers with clerical tasks within the office
- Communicate in a positive, professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to support patient care processes
