Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a medical front office or healthcare setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of medical scheduling, insurance verification, and electronic medical records systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with compassion and professionalism
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking required
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading

Job Duties
- Greet patients warmly, assist with scheduling, and guide them through the check-in process
- Schedule and confirm patient visits, ensuring timely care
- Verify patient information, collect documentation, explain sliding fee discounts, and process payments
- Answer patient questions about charges, insurance coverage, and paperwork
- Maintain accurate patient records, organize mail and faxes, complete opening/closing checklists
- Ensure the reception area is clean, stocked, and fully operational
