Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and manage provider schedules
  • Answer phone calls, manage messages, and verify patient information
  • Collect co-pays and verify insurance eligibility
  • Maintain accurate daily financial reporting
  • Address patient concerns and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative staff, and external partners
