Job Requirements
- Reliability and positive attitude

- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) (preferred)
- Availability for evenings and weekend rotations

- Proven experience in a medical administrative role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills

Job Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs
- Schedule appointments efficiently and manage provider schedules
- Answer phone calls, manage messages, and verify patient information
- Collect co-pays and verify insurance eligibility
- Maintain accurate daily financial reporting
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative staff, and external partners
