Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred
- Ability to work early morning hours and rotating Saturdays
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential patient information
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients and receiving payments
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude to offer a white glove experience
- Guide new patients through their intake process to ensure an exceptional experience
- Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed
- Maintain daily financial records and reports
- Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to schedule and manage intakes
- Provide clerical and logistical support to clinic operations
- Oversee patient accounts and manage financial responsibilities
