Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage financial records
  • Compassionate and professional attitude towards patients

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred
  • Lived addiction experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Providing excellent customer service checking in patients
  • Receiving payments and assisting in daily operations
  • Maintaining friendly, professional attitude towards patients
  • Guiding new patients through their intake process
  • Collecting urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens
  • Maintaining daily financial records and reports
  • Coordinating with medical and clinical staff to manage intakes
  • Providing clerical and logistical support
  • Overseeing patient accounts and financial responsibilities
