Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration experience preferred
  • Lived addiction experience is a plus
  • Ability to work scheduled hours including early mornings and rotating Saturdays

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients and receiving payments
  • Maintain a friendly and professional attitude towards patients, ensuring a "white glove" experience
  • Guide new patients through their intake process effectively
  • Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as required
  • Maintain daily financial records and prepare reports
  • Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to schedule and manage patient intakes
  • Provide clerical and logistical support to clinic operations
  • Oversee patient accounts and handle financial responsibilities
