Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of receptionist experience, preferably in healthcare
- proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and EMR systems such as Allscripts
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure
- capability to work both independently and collaboratively
- willingness to take on a flexible range of administrative duties
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and direct visitors with a smile, providing clear instructions and ensuring they feel comfortable and informed
- handle copay collections, appointment scheduling, paperwork preparation, and reminder phone calls
- keep patient files up-to-date and balanced, ensuring all information is entered correctly
- answer calls professionally, screen and take messages, and address caller needs with exceptional customer service
- assist with computer input, typing, scheduling, form preparation, correspondence, data compilation, and various projects to support the office team
- maintain office equipment and supplies, keeping the reception area clean and orderly
- take on additional tasks and projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team
- create a lasting, positive impression on every patient
