Job Duties
- Greet and check in patients upon arrival
- verify insurance information
- distribute and collect medical questionnaires
- process payments and calculate medical fees
- answer phone calls including appointment scheduling, changes, and general inquiries
- guide and assist patients within the clinic
- schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
- manage and coordinate daily schedules
- assign and manage treatment chair allocation
- enter treatment details into the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- handle insurance claims and billing procedures
- prepare and manage various medical and administrative documents
- perform basic PC operations
- organize and file documents
- order and manage office and medical supplies inventory
- create in-house notices and informational materials
- assist with cleaning and maintaining a safe and organized clinic environment
