Job Requirements
- Knowledge of medical office procedures
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records
- Proficient in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and basic arithmetic
- Skill in operating computer, fax machine, multi-line telephone system, and copy machine
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely
- High school diploma
- Two years experience in a medical office setting
- Additional education may substitute for one or two years of medical office experience

Job Duties
- Perform administrative duties for radiation oncology physicians
- Travel with assigned physician between office locations as required
- Serve as a patient navigator to guide patients through their treatment journey
- Handle multi-line telephone systems and manage communications effectively
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality
- Operate office equipment including computers, fax machines, and copiers
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, peers, and clinical staff
