Job Requirements
- Knowledge of medical office procedures
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records
- Knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and basic arithmetic
- Skill in operating a computer, fax machine, multi-line telephone system, and copy machine
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, peers, and clinical staff
- High school diploma
- Two years experience in a medical office setting
- Excellent computer skills
- Communication skills necessary
- Additional education may substitute for one or two years of medical office experience

Job Duties
- Perform administrative duties for radiation oncology physicians and clinical team members
- Travel between Brittonfield and Camillus offices as assigned with specific physicians
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage schedules efficiently
- Maintain and update medical records accurately following medical office procedures
- Operate office equipment including computer, fax machine, multi-line telephone system, and copy machine
- Communicate clearly and concisely with patients, peers, and clinical staff
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and team members
