Job Requirements
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in medical administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must be reliable with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to travel to multiple locations if applicable
- Availability for evening and weekend rotations if applicable
- Ability to handle high-volume practice

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a medical administrative role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and customer service excellence
- Proficiency in data entry and computer use
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred
- Prior experience in ophthalmology a plus
Job Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently and manage provider schedules
- Answer phones and manage messages with clear communication
- Verify patient information and insurance eligibility accurately
- Collect co-pays and ensure accurate daily financial reporting
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate effectively with providers, clinical, administrative staff, and external partners
