  • proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • ability to work under close supervision and follow established policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • prior experience in a medical office setting preferred
  • prior experience working front desk at a medical office preferred
  • experience with eClinicalWorks preferred
  • bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
  • excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Job Duties

  • Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • accommodate visitors promptly, courteously, and accurately
  • operate a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintain long distance call logs
  • take and distribute accurate messages
  • greet visitors, determine nature of visits, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor logs
  • alert appropriate parties of visitor arrivals or direct visitors to correct offices
  • respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources
  • perform administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, and managing courier packages
