Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years office experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years sales and customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance

Job Duties
- Perform general office and administrative duties assisting the Hearing Care Professional with the patient process
- Successfully utilize the scheduling system to maximize test opportunities for the office
- Actively call current, past and potential patients through identified sources
- Track and report appointment results
- Develop and assist the Hearing Care Professional in local marketing and sales activities, including sourcing new avenues for building community relationships and referrals
- Answer incoming phone calls and messages professionally and follow up with patients
- Process and document clinic forms accurately to ensure HIPAA and State law compliance
- Verify patient eligibility and submit insurance claims
- Manage the claims process until funded
- Reconcile cash balance and manage account receivables and payables
- Maintain a clean and welcoming office and work environment
