Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in medical clerical work preferred
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Prepare the clinic for opening daily by reviewing the facility and systems
- Greet patients and provide initial paperwork
- Obtain and verify insurance and identification cards
- Register patients and update medical records accurately
- Collect and process patient payments addressing billing issues
- Maintain patient flow and provide excellent customer service
- Assist patients with follow-up appointments and medical documentation requests
- Balance daily patient charges against system reports
- Complete closing procedures and secure financial assets
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
