Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • one year or more experience in healthcare or customer service
  • passion for improving patient care
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail
  • knowledge of MS Office
  • willingness to undergo TB screening
  • work full-time 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • one year or more experience in healthcare setting preferred
  • strong customer service background acceptable
  • excellent phone etiquette
  • ability to multitask
  • attention to detail and organization
  • knowledge of MS Office
  • value-based care experience preferred
  • knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • experience with EMR systems preferred
  • bilingual English-Spanish preferred
  • team player with positive attitude

Job Duties

  • receive and route incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • accommodate visitors promptly and courteously
  • operate switchboard or multi-line phone system
  • maintain long distance call logs
  • take and distribute accurate messages
  • greet visitors, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor logs
  • respond to routine inquiries about the organization
  • book meeting rooms and manage administrative tasks including mail and courier packages
