Job Duties

  • Greets incoming patients, and assists with check in process
  • Answers calls or other contact forms from patients and engages professionally and courteously
  • Follows scheduling procedure and ensures completion of intake process, providing support to clients and providers
  • Provides superior customer service through any and all modes of contact
  • Ensures compliance with policies and procedures including patient confidentiality and regulatory requirements such as OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services
  • Identifies and resolves client needs and issues to ensure quality patient service
  • Completes administrative and operational tasks to maintain a clean and organized office
  • Communicates effectively with supervisors and peers about current and completed tasks
  • Performs other duties as assigned
