Job Duties
- Greets incoming patients, and assists with check in process
- Answers calls or other contact forms from patients and engages professionally and courteously
- Follows scheduling procedure and ensures completion of intake process, providing support to clients and providers
- Provides superior customer service through any and all modes of contact
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures including patient confidentiality and regulatory requirements such as OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services
- Identifies and resolves client needs and issues to ensure quality patient service
- Completes administrative and operational tasks to maintain a clean and organized office
- Communicates effectively with supervisors and peers about current and completed tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned
