Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a medical receptionist or similar administrative role preferred
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Verifies patient information by interviewing patient
- confirming purpose of visit
- checks patients in and out of the clinic and verifies that all patient information is accurate and up to date
- schedules follow-up appointments in person or on the phone, and calls to confirm appointments
- secures patient information and maintains patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records
- maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures
- complying with legal regulations
- keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock
- placing orders
- verifying receipt
- keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions
- troubleshooting breakdowns
- maintaining supplies
- performing preventive maintenance
