Job Requirements
- post high school office procedures preferred
- minimum one year of clerical and/or receptionist experience or six months in a medical setting
- customer service experience
- degree or relevant certificate e.g., Medical Office Assistant, Medical Assistant, Health Unit Coordinator may be substituted for experience

Job Duties
- greet patients and families upon arrival
- answer and direct telephone calls
- assist patients and families with scheduling and registration
- enter charges and post payments accurately
- perform batch balancing and cash reconciliation
- operate basic office equipment
- maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor during all interactions
