Job Requirements

- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in a medical office preferred
- Familiarity with EMA/EMR systems preferred

Job Duties
- Completing patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Answering incoming calls and providing appropriate follow-up
- Handling patient queries, concerns, and complaints
- Verifying and documenting patient information
- Welcoming and greeting patients entering or leaving the office
