Job Duties

  • Handle incoming calls with 93% availability
  • greet patients and provide front desk support
  • collect co-pays and manage payment processing
  • schedule follow-up appointments and referrals
  • operate office equipment including telephones, PCs, printers, and fax machines
  • support department clerical duties
  • maintain patient confidentiality and promote good patient relations
