Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • at least one year experience in healthcare or customer service
  • ability to operate MS Office software
  • excellent communication skills
  • must be detail-oriented and organized
  • ability to multitask under supervision
  • willing to participate in tuberculosis screening program as a patient-facing role
  • flexible to work full-time 40 hours per week
  • positive attitude and team collaboration skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one year or more experience in healthcare preferred
  • strong customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers
  • excellent phone etiquette
  • team player with positive attitude
  • proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
  • ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • attention to detail
  • knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • experience with EMR systems preferred
  • bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • passion for improving patient experiences and care

Job Duties

  • Provide non-clinical support to care management activities
  • assist in assessing and evaluating members’ needs
  • guide members and families to appropriate resources
  • perform basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • support customer service operations via phone and correspondence
  • maintain accurate records and documentation
  • comply with established policies and guidelines
