Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of relevant experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- friendly and professional demeanor
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- prior experience in a medical office preferred
- familiarity with EMA/EMR systems preferred

Job Duties
- completing patient check-in and check-out procedures
- answering incoming calls and providing appropriate follow-up

- welcoming and greeting patients entering/leaving the office
