Job Duties
- Greet patients in person and over the phone, providing professional and compassionate customer service
- Complete patient registration accurately and efficiently, including demographic and insurance information
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Submit timely notifications to insurance providers for scheduled and walk-in visits, adhering to coverage requirements
- Collect and process co-pays, deposits, and patient balances
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Patient Rights, and other applicable regulations
