Job Duties

Greet patients in person and over the phone, providing professional and compassionate customer service
Complete patient registration accurately and efficiently, including demographic and insurance information
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Submit timely notifications to insurance providers for scheduled and walk-in visits, adhering to coverage requirements
Collect and process co-pays, deposits, and patient balances
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Patient Rights, and other applicable regulations
