Job Requirements
- knowledge of medical office procedures
- knowledge of medical terminology and medical records
- knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and basic arithmetic
- skill in operating computer, fax machine, multi-line telephone system, and copy machine
- ability to speak clearly and concisely
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, peers, and clinical staff
- high school diploma
- two years medical office experience
- excellent computer and communication skills
- additional education may substitute for experience

Job Duties
- perform administrative duties for physicians and clinical team
- travel with assigned physician between offices when required
- stay at one location if physician does not travel
- cover PTO for other patient navigators in float position
- manage patient scheduling and records
- communicate effectively with patients and staff
- assist patients through their healthcare journey
