Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in healthcare customer service or background in retail hospitality or call centers
- Convey information and maintain a positive tone during calls
- Experience coordinating tasks resources and schedules to ensure efficient workflow
- Experience using MS Office tools for reporting data analysis and workflow optimization
- Experience improving patient care and experience
- This is a patient-facing role and part of the tuberculosis (TB) screening program requiring TB screening upon hire

Job Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly in person and over the phone creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments manage calendars and collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient flow
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems
- Update patient accounts and collect copays when needed
- Handle incoming calls respond to inquiries and provide general information and empathy
- Keep the reception area clean stocked and organized
- Help with supply orders inventory management and courier coordination
