Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year commitment to position
  • ability to work 8 hour shifts between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • work 8 hour shifts between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
  • be highly motivated and contribute to a positive working environment
  • maintain a high quality and volume of answered phone calls and online chat messages
  • welcome visitors by greeting them and answering inquiries in person, on phone or online chat
  • schedule appointments for multiple providers with consistent accuracy
  • understand billing policies and collect payments for services rendered
  • update and maintain all patient registration records, including insurance plan
  • maintain multiple provider schedules
  • direct all visitors to appropriate departments
  • monitor and maintain office equipment
  • maintain appearance of front reception area
  • maintain HIPAA compliance
  • prepare correspondence and documents
  • provide general clerical and administrative support to all levels of professionals
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • contribute to team effort by accomplishing related goals and maintaining optimum daily productivity
