Job Requirements

- minimum one year commitment to position
- ability to work 8 hour shifts between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- work 8 hour shifts between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
- be highly motivated and contribute to a positive working environment
- maintain a high quality and volume of answered phone calls and online chat messages
- welcome visitors by greeting them and answering inquiries in person, on phone or online chat
- schedule appointments for multiple providers with consistent accuracy
- understand billing policies and collect payments for services rendered
- update and maintain all patient registration records, including insurance plan
- maintain multiple provider schedules
- direct all visitors to appropriate departments
- monitor and maintain office equipment
- maintain appearance of front reception area
- maintain HIPAA compliance
- prepare correspondence and documents
- provide general clerical and administrative support to all levels of professionals
- perform other duties as assigned
- contribute to team effort by accomplishing related goals and maintaining optimum daily productivity
