Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or relevant Associate Degree
  • Two years of experience in customer service environment
  • Clear speaking voice in the English language
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain good relationships with clients, co-workers, and managers
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware, telephone systems, software including Office Suite and scheduling software
  • Ability to work with money and cash receipts
  • Must be bondable
  • Professional appearance
  • Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and good driving record
  • Demonstrated reliability and good attendance
  • Flexible work habits and schedule
  • Professional customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Handle customer inquiries in person and on the phone
  • Provide information and assistance to staff and the public according to established procedures
  • Perform computer support tasks
  • Manage photocopying, filing, and mailing duties
  • Support other staff members with clerical responsibilities
  • Handle money and cash receipts
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in the workplace
