Job Requirements
- High school diploma or relevant Associate Degree
- Two years of experience in customer service environment
- Clear speaking voice in the English language
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain good relationships with clients, co-workers, and managers
- Working knowledge of computer hardware, telephone systems, software including Office Suite and scheduling software
- Ability to work with money and cash receipts
- Must be bondable
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and good driving record
- Demonstrated reliability and good attendance

- Professional customer service orientation

Job Duties
