Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in a medical front office setting
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to manage medical insurance and payment processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule consistently
- Passionate about patient care and healthcare service

- One year of medical front office experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical insurance
- Passion for changing lives one patient at a time
- Valid CPR license
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional patient experience while managing the check-in and check-out process including assisting patients with paperwork
- Handle medical insurance verification and process payments and balances
- Schedule follow-up appointments efficiently
- Professionally and promptly answer telephone calls
- Maintain the cleanliness and organized appearance of the clinic
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective patients
- Educate referred patients about CoreLife's services and programs
