Job Duties

  • Greeting all patients and visitors
  • perform patient check in and check out
  • verify patient’s contact and personal information at all visits
  • verify the patient’s insurance and collect any associated co-pays at the time of service
  • answer incoming calls and directs the caller accordingly
  • maintain patient privacy by following HIPAA guidelines and safety rules
  • conduct patient appointment reminders
