Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
- Passion for improving patient care
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive team player
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with EMR systems
- Scheduled to work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
- Ability to travel locally as needed
- Must undergo tuberculosis screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Team player with positive attitude
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Preferred qualifications include value-based care model experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Job Duties
- Operate switchboard and manage multi-line phone systems
- Greet and assist visitors, issuing passes and maintaining visitor logs
- Take and distribute accurate messages
- Respond to inquiries regarding office location, hours, and contact information
- Perform administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing mail, and handling courier packages
- Alert staff to visitor arrivals and direct visitors to appropriate departments
- Maintain long distance call logs
