- one year or more of relevant experience
- passionate about contributing to patient care and improving patient experiences
- excellent customer service skills
- strong phone handling experience

- proficiency with MS Office applications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one year or more of experience in healthcare preferred or customer service background in retail hospitality or call centers
- excellent customer service and phone communication skills
- team player
- knowledge of MS Office Word Excel Outlook Access
- value-based care model experience preferred
- knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- experience with EMR systems preferred
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Greet patients and visitors and handle front-desk responsibilities
- manage patient flow ensuring efficient service
- answer and direct phone calls take messages and respond to patient inquiries
- update patient records schedule appointments and process payments
- maintain a clean and organized reception area following infection control protocols
- support the companys tuberculosis screening program
- collaborate with healthcare team to ensure smooth administrative operations
