  • Proven experience in a medical administrative role
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Ability to work well in team settings
  • Must be able to travel to multiple practice locations if applicable
  • Availability for evening and weekend rotations if required
  • Ability to handle high-volume patient flow

Job Duties

  • Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
  • Manage provider schedules and clinic workflow
  • Answer phone calls and manage patient messages
  • Verify patient information and insurance eligibility
  • Collect co-pays and ensure financial accuracy
  • Address patient concerns and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with providers and administrative staff
