Job Requirements
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a medical administrative role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Reliability and positive attitude
- Ability to work well in team settings
- Must be able to travel to multiple practice locations if applicable
- Availability for evening and weekend rotations if required
- Ability to handle high-volume patient flow

Job Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Manage provider schedules and clinic workflow
- Answer phone calls and manage patient messages
- Verify patient information and insurance eligibility
- Collect co-pays and ensure financial accuracy
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with providers and administrative staff
