Job Duties
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information according to HIPAA regulations
- handle sensitive information with empathy and discretion
- greet incoming patients warmly and professionally
- check patients in ensuring information accuracy in the patient database
- collect copays as needed
- orient patients to clinic systems and patient flow
- communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- provide information and instruction to patients as needed
- page nurses as required
- assist with bill payment processing
- fulfill reception needs at Salem base and occasionally at Silverton, Woodburn, and McMinnville locations
- complete other duties assigned by management
