Job Requirements

- One to three years prior relevant experience
- Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers and software including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Determine purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
- Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail when needed
- Answer questions about the organization and provide address, directions, and other information
- Welcome on-site visitors and announce them to appropriate personnel
- Monitor visitor access and issue passes when required
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating
