Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to travel between Walnut Creek and San Francisco clinics
- excellent customer service skills
- reliable and punctual
- strong organizational skills
- basic computer proficiency
- ability to handle confidential patient information
- willingness to learn and adapt
- ability to multitask under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- knowledge of insurance carriers including Medicare, commercial, and HMOs helpful
- familiarity with EMR software such as EClinicalWorks or EMA a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- professional appearance and demeanor
- patient-centered mindset preferred
Job Duties
- Warmly welcome patients
- assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- verify patients' insurance coverage and eligibility
- handle phone inquiries
- maintain patient records
- manage appointment schedules including auditing and confirming attendance
- contact patients to fill schedule openings
- provide product education and sell skincare products
- multitask to complete assigned responsibilities
- perform additional duties as assigned by the Practice Manager
