Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to travel between Walnut Creek and San Francisco clinics
  • excellent customer service skills
  • reliable and punctual
  • strong organizational skills
  • basic computer proficiency
  • ability to handle confidential patient information
  • willingness to learn and adapt
  • ability to multitask under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • knowledge of insurance carriers including Medicare, commercial, and HMOs helpful
  • familiarity with EMR software such as EClinicalWorks or EMA a plus
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • patient-centered mindset preferred

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome patients
  • assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • verify patients' insurance coverage and eligibility
  • handle phone inquiries
  • maintain patient records
  • manage appointment schedules including auditing and confirming attendance
  • contact patients to fill schedule openings
  • provide product education and sell skincare products
  • multitask to complete assigned responsibilities
  • perform additional duties as assigned by the Practice Manager
