Job Requirements
- Provide VSC's standards of exceptional client service
- Greet clients with a warm smile, strong eye contact, and approachable demeanor
- Guide clients through the check-in process ensuring accurate verification and updates of patient information
- Answer phone calls on a multi-line phone system professionally
- Manage client and patient accounts
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Be self-motivated and work well with a team
- Demonstrate strong multitasking skills
- Maintain a positive outlook and professional composure
- Ability to work long periods at a computer
- Speak and write fluently in English
- Must be able to type a minimum of 50 wpm
- Willing to take on additional duties as assigned
- Availability for full-time schedule including weekends and some holidays
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in a client service role preferred
- Fluency in English
- Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations
- Basic computer proficiency
- Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
