Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- one year or more of relevant experience
- willingness to participate in tuberculosis (tb) screening
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in ms office applications
- ability to multitask effectively
- attention to detail and organizational skills
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- customer service experience
- familiarity with healthcare environment preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged
- one year or more of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- strong customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers considered
- excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- highly organized with attention to detail
- knowledge of ms office (word, excel, outlook, access)
- passion for contributing to patient experience improvement
- team player with a positive attitude
- value-based care model experience preferred
- knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- experience with electronic medical record systems preferred
- bilingual in english and spanish preferred
Job Duties
- receive and route incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- accommodate visitors and issue visitor passes
- maintain visitor and long distance call logs
- greet visitors and notify appropriate staff of arrival
- respond to routine inquiries regarding location, hours, and contact information
- book meeting rooms and manage scheduling
- organize and distribute mail and handle courier packages
