Job Duties

  • Greets incoming patients and assists with check in process
  • answers calls or other contact forms from patients
  • engages professionally and courteously with contact
  • follows scheduling procedure and ensures completion of intake process
  • provides support to both clients and providers as needed
  • provides superior customer services to all individuals and agencies involved
  • ensures compliance with all policies and procedures including patient confidentiality and regulatory requirements
  • identifies and resolves client needs and issues
  • follows contact center protocol for handling inquiries
  • completes administrative and operational tasks to keep office clean and organized
  • communicates effectively within the organization providing updates to supervisors and peers
  • performs other duties as assigned
