Job Duties
- Greets incoming patients and assists with check in process
- answers calls or other contact forms from patients
- engages professionally and courteously with contact
- follows scheduling procedure and ensures completion of intake process
- provides support to both clients and providers as needed
- provides superior customer services to all individuals and agencies involved
- ensures compliance with all policies and procedures including patient confidentiality and regulatory requirements
- identifies and resolves client needs and issues
- follows contact center protocol for handling inquiries
- completes administrative and operational tasks to keep office clean and organized
- communicates effectively within the organization providing updates to supervisors and peers
- performs other duties as assigned
