- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-provider practice
- ability to manage heavy phone traffic
- availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch
Job Qualifications
- 2 plus years of medical front desk experience
- strong attendance and punctuality
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-provider practice
- experience with Athena EMR strongly preferred
- bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- check patients in upon arrival
- prepare patient charts for the day
- schedule appointments and procedures
- answer and manage phone calls
- maintain front desk organization
- assist multiple providers
- handle patient inquiries professionally
