Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Previous medical office experience preferred
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Must comply with all immunization requirements including annual influenza vaccine
- Ability to work in a tobacco-free environment
Job Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Certified Medical Interpreter preferred
Job Duties
- Greet patients and visitors upon arrival
- Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information
- Process payments and insurance information
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
