Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and standard office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of patient privacy laws and commitment to confidentiality

Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally both in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments accurately while balancing efficiency and patient needs
- Manage patient check-in and check-out ensuring all required information is collected and documented
- Route messages and documentation through the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Provide essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Safeguard patient privacy and maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
