Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in a medical office or front desk setting
  • Experience with insurance billing and patient payment processing
  • Proficiency with computer and scheduling systems
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Availability to work 35 hours per week according to the schedule provided

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist patients at the front desk with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
  • Handle patient payments and maintain accurate records
  • Support insurance billing processes and liaise with insurance companies
  • Order hearing aids and assist with minor technical support for devices
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all patient interactions
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the private practice
