Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in computer software applications
- experience with electronic medical records preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- capacity to handle confidential information
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, talk, and hear regularly
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
- over one year of experience in healthcare operations or customer service
- strong communication skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
- ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Job Duties
- create a positive work environment
- conduct schedule prep process for all patients
- perform general office duties including mail sorting and document scanning
- communicate effectively with peers, clinicians, and patients
- provide exceptional customer service and manage front desk responsibilities
- assist patients with telehealth access and troubleshooting
- collect co-payments and verify insurance eligibility
- support clinicians with administrative duties
- coordinate clinician schedules
- maintain a motivational working environment
