Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
  • Ability to perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls
  • Proficient in managing patient paperwork and filing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with clinical staff and other departments

Job Duties

  • Prepare and file medical documents for patient files while maintaining an accurate filing system
  • Greet patients visiting the clinic and assist them with paperwork as needed
  • Perform receptionist duties, routing calls to appropriate parties
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Collaborate effectively across department and organizational boundaries
