Job Duties

  • Verify patient information and update records accurately
  • Ensure patients complete necessary paperwork efficiently
  • Process payments for services including copays and deductibles
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Provide appointment reminders and follow-up on missed appointments
  • Educate patients and their spouses about chronic conditions and treatment options
  • Assist patients in selecting care plans and understanding payment options
