- Ensure patients complete necessary paperwork efficiently
- Process payments for services including copays and deductibles
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Provide appointment reminders and follow-up on missed appointments
- Educate patients and their spouses about chronic conditions and treatment options
- Assist patients in selecting care plans and understanding payment options
