Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license is required
- Ability to stand for 20% of the time and sit for 80% of the time
- Occasional squatting, kneeling, bending, driving, and lifting
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems
- Basic computer competency
- Commitment to a trauma-informed care environment
Job Qualifications

- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of electronic medical records and telehealth technology
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems
- Capacity to maintain client confidentiality and data accuracy
- Willingness to cross-train and support multiple locations
Job Duties
- Maintain schedules of clinical staff
- Entry and verification of client data
- Collect copayments
- Provide technology support for telehealth appointments
- Answer multi-line phone
- Register clients in the electronic medical record
- Provide excellent customer service to promote a recovery-focused service environment
- Research and verify insurance benefits and apply for alternative payer sources
- Prepare and scan documents to internal HIM
- Cross-train and perform duties to cover neighboring locations
